Neal founded Prisons to Partnerships based on his firsthand experience with the justice system, having been incarcerated as a teenager. Determined to create change in this area, he pursued higher education, earning a master's degree in criminal justice from John Jay College. While participating in Landmark's Team Management and Leadership Program in 2023, Neal launched what would become Prisons to Partnerships, initially as part of his "Game in the World." Committed to dignity, respect, and systemic reform, Neal works to support and empower those impacted by incarceration.
